Overview
CobbleMotion v1.5 gives life to Cobblemon models that were a bit too stiff. It focuses on the ones that had no movement at all, giving them simple idle and walking loops, plus a growing set of attack and in battle motions.
If you run a Cobblemon world, you probably noticed a few favorites barely budge. This pack fills that gap. Meowscarada, Escavalier, Samurott, Eevee, and a long list of others now breathe, shift their stance, or make small combat moves so battles do not look frozen. The style leans clean and readable, not flashy. Just enough motion to make them feel alive while you play.
The goal here is pretty humble: keep things moving until official animations roll in for each model. When that happens, those will take over. Until then, this is a neat upgrade that makes wandering and fighting look better without changing how anything functions.
Setup is easy. As of version 1.4 and up, put the pack in your resourcepacks folder and also in the datapack folder of your world. After that, load your world and you are set. It supports Minecraft 1.21 and 1.21.1 and is built for the vanilla loader.
Combining it with other Cobblemon addons is possible too. Use the included list on the project page as your reference. The animated species show up by name inside three folders: Animations, Models, and Posers. If another pack edits the same species, delete that species name from one of the packs in those folders. Do that for each overlap and they will play nicely together.
If you like tuning your visuals, this pairs well with your favorite texture packs and shaders. It is light, it stays out of the way, and it makes your team feel a bit more alive while you adventure.
