    Overview

Minecraft's default language regarding chat reporting and "unverified messages" can be pretty vague and technical. This resource pack rewrites those system messages, tooltips, and warnings to be direct and easy to understand. It removes the confusing jargon and replaces it with factual explanations so you actually know when your messages are reportable and when they aren't.

    Features

    • Rewrites the "messages cannot be verified" toast notification to be more descriptive.
    • Updates tooltips on vanilla report buttons and the Social Interactions screen.
    • Simplifies the "Only Show Secure Chat" setting labels and descriptions.
    • Provides clear, non-technical explanations in the report text boxes.
    • Adds custom icons and neutral status descriptions for the "No Chat Reports" mod if you have it installed.
    • Includes support for multiple languages via community translations.

    Compatibility

This pack is designed for Minecraft 1.19.4 and newer versions. It works as a standalone pack for vanilla players to clarify reporting UI, but it also includes optional support for the "No Chat Reports" mod to fix its technical or biased wording.

    No Chat Reports Support

If you use the No Chat Reports mod, this pack changes the status icons to be more neutral:

    • Shield Icon: Chat is protected; messages cannot be reported to Mojang.
    • Warning Icon: Chat reporting is active on the server.
    • Realms Icon: Standard Realms reporting and monitoring is active.

    Resolution and Performance

This is a standard resolution (16x) pack that only changes language files and a few small UI icons. It has zero impact on game performance and requires no special hardware or shaders.

    Usage Notes

This is an educational resource pack, not a mod. It does not actually disable chat reporting or change how the game sends data; it only changes the text you see on screen to make the mechanics easier to understand for regular players and parents.
