Overview
Redstone Auxiliary adds visual indicators to redstone components to help you build and debug contraptions more easily. It keeps the default Minecraft look while adding useful information like signal strength levels and directional overlays on blocks that are usually hard to read.
Features
- Signal Strength: Redstone dust now displays the exact power level (0-15) directly on the wire.
- Directional Hoppers: Added an arrow on the top of hoppers so you can see where they are pointing without looking at the nozzle.
- Observer Indicators: Clear directional arrows on all sides of the observer block.
- Dispenser vs. Dropper: Unique textures for the sides and backs of these blocks so you can tell them apart and see their orientation instantly.
- Sticky Piston Sides: Added a green tint to the side of sticky pistons so you don't have to check the face to know which type it is.
- Visual Power States: Enhanced textures for powered and unpowered states that stay true to the vanilla color palette.
Resolution
This is a 16x16 resolution pack. It has zero impact on game performance and works well as an overlay on top of other vanilla-style resource packs.
Compatibility
The pack is designed for modern versions of Minecraft. It does not require Optifine or any specific mod loaders to function—just drop the .zip into your resource packs folder and move it to the top of your list.
